Smashed new potatoes with yoghurt & chives

Comfort food that's easy and delicious!
Ingredients: 
4 to 6 BC new potatoes
1 Tbsp / 15 mL butter
1/4 cup / 60 mL yoghurt
1 Tbsp / 15 mL chopped chives or green onions

Place potatoes in medium saucepan with just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. When potatoes are almost cooked, place butter and yoghurt in small bowl and heat in microwave oven until warm. Season with salt and pepper and fold in chives. Drain potatoes and smash each once with a fork or spoon. Add warm yoghurt mixture, mix gently and serve.
