Bridges Restaurant occupies a prime site on the western tip of Granville Island in the heart of Vancouver. Here, the House of Switzerland will be integrated into the existing restaurant operation. Selected Swiss specialities will be added to the standard menu of seafood and Pacific Northwest fare and the interior design will be adjusted to create an authentic Swiss atmosphere.
