Edible British Columbia is a 2 year old boutique culinary travel and events company located in Vancouver B.C., Canada. We recently opened our first retail market store in Granville Island Public Market, one of Vancouver’s top tourist attractions. Granville Island Public Market as a whole is a cornucopia of regional products – from produce, meats, breads and cheese to local crafts and flowers. Edible B.C.’s market store is entirely dedicated to local and provincial artisan products and is an excellent complement to the philosophies of Granville Island.
Our store provides customers with the opportunity to find products from around the province that may have only previously been available at the farm or in small regional stores. We showcase unique artisan products which are made in British Columbia such as gourmet crackers, jams, chutney, cheeses, chocolates, specialty produce, as well as take‐out meals. Gift items complement the regional theme of the store and include a limited selection of unique culinary tools, such as kitchen wares, cookbooks and picnic items. Gift baskets and all the products available in the store are also available via an online shopping portal on our website. Customers are also able to visit the tasting bar and try many of the products before they purchase them to ensure their satisfaction.
