New Works All Over the Map Dance Series
New Works is proud to announce the 2008 All Over the Map series. These six free dance and music performances take place outdoors on Granville Island in July and August and are a treat for dance and music fans, families and passers-by. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes, as All Over the Map performances have been known to get audiences moving!

All performances take place on Sundays in July and August at 2pm at Ron Basford Park (beside Performance Works), on the calm east side of Granville Island. Come sit under the shade of the trees and enjoy an exhilarating one-hour show. All shows move indoors in case of rain.

Granville Island Buskers
A tradition and mainstay of the Granville Island experience throughout the year, buskers are one of the key sources of the unique atmosphere. Be sure to drop a coin in their hats if you like what you hear; these guys are working by donation!
